i finally watched this movie the other day and then listened to this podcast - thanks for explaining all the stuff i was confused about! i liked it a lot but i agreed that it felt like they crammed a lot in there and then left out some clarifications. i'll have to watch again though now that i know they don't have powers!

Well I would suggest you wait two days and check out the directors cut. It explains things quite a bit better IMO.

what's the deal with the animated comic by the way? is it the original pretty much?

Well Dr Manhattan does, and it's arguable that Ozy does(catching the bullet and such) but the others, no, none at all. Netflix is just retarded.

It's just like when every review of the movie said that Nixon was in his third term...in 1985...(hint, math is apparently not required to review movies)
