Very patriotic Max, but as you may be aware we are a very cosmopolitan show. We love "our land " as much as you and Mr. Guthrie but we do have an international audience and welcome all. Speaking of welcomes, Welcome to the board Max.

well, i believe in one of arlo's stories about this song, he comments on how "From California, to the New York Island" doesn't really indicate "WHICH way" ... if you go the other way around it includes everybody BUT the u.s.a....
